40th minute - Barrett fields the ball on halfway and searches for a way through, but the Brumbies win a penalty and that will seal their victory.
39th minute - Aumua's lienout throw is picked off again, but Hurricanes recover the ball. Morgan darts right, but Brumbies win the ruck and try to toe upfield.
38th minute - Ardie Savea recovers a bobbling lineout throw and the Hurricanes look for a way to the tryline. Savea charges off a ruck and wins penalty advantage.
36th minute - Hurricanes win a penalty at the scrum in midfield and Barrett kicks to the corner.
35th minute - From the kickoff, the Brumbies kick to Morgan, who crosses halfway. Brumbies turn the ball over, but the kick runs dead in goal.
34th minute - TRY to Wright
Brumbies with the lineout and maul to the goal-line. When the ball is released, Wright charges over in Proctor's tackle and that should seal it.
Lolesio slots the conversion, BRU 35-25
33rd minute - Rayasi gets the ball back and has his clearance kicked charged down by Banks. He slaps the back to his teammates on the ground and is shown a yellow card.
Barrett returns to the field from his head test.
32nd minute - Julian Savea makes a half break, Goosen weaving across the field, but eventually Rayasi kicks deep.
31st minute - Samu charges off the scrum and Brumbies rumble into the 22. Swain knocks on and the Hurricanes try to break out of their 22.
30th minute - Williams rules a knock-on from Ardie Savea, who argues it was a drop kick.
29th minute - Brumbies have the ball in hand from the dropout and rumble into the 22. Momentum is all their way now.
28th minute - Lolesio lines up a shot at goal from in front, 40 metres out, but slices his kick right.
27th minute - Rayasi is tackled in midfield, but fails to release and Brumbies will have a chance to add to their lead.
24th minute - TRY to Banks
Brumbies win a lineout in Hurricanes territory and Lolesio looks for a way through. Lonergan dashes within metres of the goal-line, Sapsford goes close, and eventually Banks finds the gap between Rayasi and Morgan to score.
Lolesio slots the conversion, BRU 28-25
23rd minute - Brumbies steal the ball in their own half and Wright kicks deep, but Moorby kicks out on the full.
22nd minute - Perenara leaves, replaced by Booth. From the kickoff, Lonergan's clearance finds touch near the 10.
21st minute - Lolesio slots the penalty from in front, HUR 25-21
20th minute - Brumbies have penalty advantage, but are hot on attack. Williams eventually brings them back for Hurricanes offside and Lolesio will kick for goal.
19th minute - Barrett hobbles off the field for an HIA.
Big scrum from the Hurricanes, but Samu takes the ball off the back and charges to the 22.
18th minute - From the scrum, Barrett kicks long and gets a kick in return. He jumps to claim the ball and falls badly under Muirhead's challenge.
Meanwhile, Ardie Savea spills the ball and Brumbies will have an attacking scrum feed.
17th minute - Hurricanes win a lineout near their own line and Morgan clears to the 22.
Brumbies win the lineout, but Lonergan's pass is dropped by Simone, so Hurricanes have a scrum feed to clear further.
16th minute - Aumua replaces Coles and his first lineout throw is stolen by the Brumbies.
15th minute - Barrett's kick hits the right upright and the ball bounces out.
14th minute - Hurricanes building an attack, but Sio steals the ball and Brumbies kick downfield. Williams finds the chasers offside and awards the penalty to the Hurricanes.

13th minute - Savea wins the lineout and the ball shifts right, where Rayasi is a threat again.
12th minute - Hurricanes win another lineout in Brumbies half and Barrett charges up centrefield.
Barrett puts kick to the corner and Banks is swamped by Hurricanes chasers. White clears to the 10.
11th minute - Hurricanes win an attacking lineout and shift right, where Rayasi is off his left wing to create the overlap, but a crosskick is caught by Simone on his knees.
10th minute - Blackwell wins a lineout in Hurricanes territory and Coles rumbles a few metres off the maul. Barret kicks long, but Wright slices his kick into touch on the full, so big gain to the Hurricanes.
Eighth minute - Lolesio slots his penalty to narrow the margin, HUR 25-18
Sixth minute - Barrett finds touch outside the 22, but Coles' long throw goes astray and the Brumbies have another penalty. Blackwell hasn't roled away and Lolesio will shoot for goal.
Fifth minute - Swain wins the lineout and Brumbies release the ball to their backs, where Simone looks dangerous, but Kirifi is over the breakdown to win a penalty for the Hurricanes.
Kirifi has a little too much to say to his rivals afterwards...
Fourth minute - Brumbies win the lineout and win a penalty in midfeild. Wright kicks to the corner, as Sapsford comes on to replace the red-carded Ikitau - we're back to 15 v 15.
Third minute - Hurricanes control the kickoff and Moorby finds touch near halfway.
Second minute - From about 40 metres out, Barret bends his kick just inside the right upright, HUR 25-15
First minute - Morgan kicks off for the Hurricanes and Lolesio returns fire. Rayasi charges over halfway for the Hurricanes, who win a penalty at the breakdown. Another kick for Barrett surely?
Halftime
39th minute - TRY to Moorby
Hurricanes wins a free-kick and Ardie Savea takes a quick tap. When the ball shifts right, Proctor puts Moorby through a gap and he sprints to the corner.
Barrett's conversion from near touch hits the upright and Wright takes his legs out, as he slides in an attempt to charge the kick down. Barrett is OK, HUR 22-15
37th minute - First scrum of the game goes down near halfway, but it takes a couple of attempts...
36th minute - Brumbies win a lineout in their own half, but lose the ball in the maul for a Hurricanes scrum. Lolesio returns after his HIA.
35th minute - From just inside the Brumbies half, Barrett slots the penalty, HUR 17-15
Franks returns to the game, Hurricanes back to full contingent.
33rd minute - Hurricanes win a penalty in midfield, when Alaalatoa doesn't clear the ruck, after tackling Rayasi.
31st minute - Brumbies win the lineout and drive towards the line. White goes right to Wright.
TRY to Simone
Brumbies playing under advatnage, but Simone steps around the rushing Barrett and finds a clear path to the line. White converts, BRU 15-14
30th minute - Gibson is penalised in the maul and the Brumbies will kick to the corner for another lineout maul, surely.
29th minute - Swain wins the lineout and Brumbies maul towards the goal-line.
28th minute - Rayasi takes a high kick and shakes off Wright. Brumbies counter-ruck and White kicks to the Hurricanes goal-line.
Morgan clears, but still inside the lineout.
26th minute - TRY to Faingaa
Brumbies win the attacking lineout and their backs join the maul, eventually pushing their hooker over to score. White hits the left upright with his conversion, as rain begins to fail, HUR 14-8
25th minute - Williams is now reviewing a tackle by Franks on Lolesio, so we could be 14 v 14 soon.
Only a yellow card for Franks, so he can come back in 10 minutes. Williams rules the initial contact is shoulder on shoulder.
24th minute - Banks puts a high ball that Rayasi can't handle. Samu makes a big run down the right and the Brumbies are inside the Hurricanes 22.
They win penalty advantage and their attack ends, when Banks is held up in the maul.
23rd minute - Williams is reviewing foul play, with Ikitau making shoulder contast to the head of Morgan. That's a card, but yellow or red?
Williams shows his red card and Ikitau is gone, Brumbies are a man short for 20 minutes.
Barrett slots the penalty, HUR 14-3
22nd minute - Hurricanes under advantage, Julian Savea charges into the 22, Morgan dashes towards the tryline and ball moves right.
Coles picks and rumbles towards the tryline, but Williams calls the penalty beside the uprights.
21st minute - Hurricanes looking for a way into the 22 and string together more phases. Proctor is elusive again.
20th minute - Lolesio puts up a high kick, taken by Rayasi and Proctor looks for a way up midfield. Moorby surges towards halfway, Coles reaches it.
19th minute - Brumbies have theball in their own half and White puts up another high kick, caught by Morgan.
17th minute - TRY to Moorby
Hurricanes are under advantage and Barrett puts a speculator across the field to Moorby, but it's more than a speculator - it's perfectly weighted and Moorby scores in the right corner.
Barrett pulls his conversion left, HUR 11-3
16th minute - Moorby pokes his head through a gap and Hurricanes have strung together 17 phases...
15th minute - Hurricanes into the 22, but driven back. Ardie Savea straightens the attack.
14th minute - Hurricanes win an attacking lineout and Proctor cuts back on an angle towards the 22.
13th minute - Brumbies still have the ball in Hurricanes half and put a kick along the ground. Moorby covers the threat and Hurricanes win a penalty at the ruck.
12th minute - Brumbies have the ball in hand on Hurricanes 10 and White pops a kick over the top. Moorby gets the ball and a tackle at the same time, but Rayasi clears.
11th minute - Rayasi takes the ball from kickoff and Barrett gets a hurried clearance away.
10th minute - Swain is in the Hurricanes backline to intercept Perenara's long pass and Williams blows a late penalty against the Brumbies, but for hands in the breakdown.
Barrett slots a second penalty, HUR 6-3
Ninth minute - Morgan kicks off and White responds, finding touch on the Brumbies 10.
Eighth minute - Lolesio slots the penalty to level the scores, 3-3
Seventh minute - Brumbies win a lineout inside Hurricanes 22, but the maul is held up.
The ball is released, but Kirifi is penalised at the ruck. Lolesio will kick for goal...
Five minutes - Brumbies win a lineout just inside Hurricanes half and play under advantage. Williams brings them back for the penalty and Banks kicks for the corner.
Four minutes - Some concern over Perenara, who got up gingerly from his first run of his 150th match. Barrett lines up a long-range kick at goal and bends it between the uprights, HUR 3-0
Three minutes - Hurricanes under penalty advantage on halfway and can't make any headway.
Second minute - Gibson wins a lineout for the Hurricanes and Savea leads a forward charge.
First mintue - Paul Williams will be the referee tonight, with Canberra turning on freezing conditions. Brumbies kick off, Hurricanes control and Rayasi finds touch on halfway.

Kia ora, good evening and welcome to Newshub's live coverage of the Super Rugby Pacific quarter-final between ACT Brumbies and the Hurricanes at Canberra's GIO Stadium.
All season, the Brumbies have been the best of the Aussie teams in the competition, but three straight losses - including last week to last-placed Moana Pasifika - have seen them limp into the playoffs in fourth place.
That outcome has seen them secure a home quarter-final against the inconsistent Hurricanes, who also stumbled to Western Force in Perth seven days ago.
The Brumbies handled the Wellingtonians easily at home in their regular season meeting, so the Hurricanes will have to improve to spring the upset for a spot in the final four.
They will look to captain Ardie Savea for inspiration, with Jordie Barrett again preferred in the midfield.
