Second half
40th minute - Cleary kicks off shot, but Holmes snaffles the ball and Queensland are just playing out the clock. Capewell takes the last tackle on halfway and the Maroons celebrate a classic win.
38th minute - TRY to Hunt
NSW shift right and Stephen Crichton props back infield. Cleary tries to chip ahead, but Hunt gathers it from pointblank range and races 60 metres to clinch the Origin series for Queensland.
HOlmes slots the conversion, QLD 22-12
37th minute - Cleary kicks high, but Gagai is safe under the ball. Ponga again tests the defence and DCE angles a kick towards the corner. Tupou cuts it off.
36th minute - Gilbert reaches halfway and DCE kicks towards Tupou, but he's safe.
35th minute - Yeo crosses halfway and Tedesco threatens to burst through. Cleary's kick bounces, Trbojevic has to kick and Dearden covers the bounce.
34th minute - Arrow drives forward in the tackle and Ponga tries to set Oates loose on the left, but he spills the pass behind him.
33rd minute - Cook is wrapped up short of halfway and Luai's kick is safely covered by Ponga.
32nd minute - Ponga probes left and finds Oates. Dearden kicks to the goal-line and Nanai forces the loose ball, but Capewell has knocked on in the chase.
31st minute - DCE stabs a kick towards the line, but Tedesco covers it. Cleary must kick from his 10, doesn't reach halfway and bounces back.
Burton regathers and kicks again, but Queensland race back into the NSW half.
30th minute - Carrigan loses the ball in a tackle, but Queensland recover it.
29th minute - DCE chips towards the tryline and Burton leaps high, taken in the air.
Cleary tries to dropout short, but Queensland recover and go on attack again.
28th minute - From dummy half, Grant props and finds Fa'asuamalauei, but he's stopped. NSW cover a kick, but Talakai drops the ball and Queensland have it back near the line.
Grant darts from dummy half and crosses the line amid three tacklers. Queensland celebrate a try, but replays show the ball held up.
27th minute - Talakai backchats the ref and is penalised after his mistake, so Queensland are on attack. Dearden probes and he's been great on debut.
26th minute - Tedesco reaches halfway and Talaka drives DCE back with a fend, but fumbles the ball as he plays it.
25th minute - Cleary chips towards the posts, but Martin can't chase it down. Queensland break out of their red zone and DCE kicks on the second tackle.
24th minute - DCE kick long to Tedesco and To'o breaks a couple of tackles towards halfway. Tupou bumps off Dearden on halfway.
23rd minute - Papalii rumbles the kickoff upfield.
21st minute - TRY to Ponga
Grant finds Dearden slicing back on an angle, but Tedesco brings him down. When the ball shifts right, Ponga bisects Luai and Talakai, and props left past Tedesco to score.
Holmes converts, QLD 16-12
20th minute - Stephen Crichton tries a rash offload in a tackle near his own line, but the pass goes astray and NSW are forced into a goal-line dropout.
19th minute - Grant offloads in a tackle near the posts, but Papalii is wrapped up. Queensland shift left, but Oates can find no way through.
DCE grubbers towards the posts, but the bounce is smothered.
18th minute - Hunt kicks a 40-20 to put Queensland on attack.
17th minute - Punishing run from Talakai, as NSW near halfway. Cleary kicks high and Ponga is safe underneath.
16th minute - Queensland hot on attack and shift right, but Capewell throws a no-look pass that travels well forward.
15th minute - DCE's kick is deflected back, but not played at. When NSW shift left, trying to clear their red zone, Luai's long pass misses Talakai, who can't stop the ball bouncing into touch.
14th minute - Cleary's kick is rushed and Ponga has time to run. Ponga crosses halfway and finds Gagai.
13th minute - DCE kicks ahead and from the scramble, Papalii recovers the loose ball to touch down, but replays show Nanai knocks on in the chase.
Cook replaces Koroisau, with the Queenslanders tiring.
12th minute - Talakai makes up for his mistake with a desperate tackle on Nanai, with the line open.
11th minute - Grant darts left and passes right to Ponga, who again threatens the line. DCE kicks deep and Tupou barely makes the field of play with his return.
Talakai drops the ball cold inside his own 10.
10th minute - Martin cops a high tackle from Arrow and Cleary kicks high to Oates.
Eighth minute - DCE finds Ponga cutting behind him towards halfway. Arrows reaches NSW territory.
Nanai offloads to Holmes, but Talakai forces him into a knock-on in the tackle.
Seventh minute - Queensland are penalised for a dangerous tackle, with DCE tipping Cleary. Saifiti fumbles a play-the-ball and lets Queensland off the hook.
Sixth minute - DCE kicks deep on the third tackle and Tedesco has to race back to tidy the bounce.
Fifth minute - Tedesco gets a tackle recound on halfway and NSW are hot on attack again. Cleary bumps Hunt in a tackle, but Hunt recovers to strip the ball in the next tackle.
Fourth minute - Queensland struggle to clear their red zone and a pass goes behind Ponga. DCE has to kick from his 10 and it bounces deep in NSW territory.
Third minute - Cleary probes and barely contained. NSW shift left, but Crichton is tackled on the last.
Second minute - NSW have the penalty from that outbreak and Crichton reaches halfway on the first tackle.
First minute - Cleary kicks off and Fa'asuamalauei brings the ball from the Queensland tryline. Ponga busts over halfway and finds Grant in support.
DCE chases a kick ahead, but Saifiti barely tips the ball dead, before he can force it. In backplay, Burton runs through a prone Ponga and Gagai retaliates, as they both throw punches.
Fa'asuamalauei has Burton in a headlock. Gagai and Burton are both marched, and DCE blows up at the ref over the late hits.
Halftime
40th minute - TRY to Capewell
Dearden finds Carrigan angling back towards the tryline. Queensland have six more tackles.
Grant spins around at dummy half and puts a kick beind the defensive line, with Capewell beating two opponents to force for the try. Holmes' conversion stays right, NSW 12-10
39th minute - Dearden is rocked back in a tackle by Cleary and DCE kicks high towards Tupou, who can't gather cleanly and deflects the ball into touch.
Queensland race onto attack in the shadow of halftime...
37th minute - Saifiti makes another barging run and Burton's high kick evades Ponga, but is gathered on the bounce.
36th minute - Queensland pour into the red zone and Carrigan carries towards the posts. Hunt finds Fa'asuamalauei with a shot pass, but Tino drops it cold.
35th minute - DCE kicks long to Tedesco, who is eating up metres with his return game. Martin offloads on halfway, but Trbojevic is penalised.
34th minute - Yeo reaches halfway and Martin needs three tacklers to bring him down. Tedesco's kick is defused.
33rd minute - Saifiti takes another hitup from the kickoff.
31st minute - TRY to Saifiti
Saifiti takes another big hitup, To'o runs backwards, before straightening up. Koroisau runs from dummy half and finds Saifiti, who skips through Gilbert's tackle to score between the posts.
Cleary converts from in front, NSW 12-6
30th minute - Saifiti takes the dropout and reaches the 30. Cleary kicks to goal and Crichton's pursuit is impeded. No call.
29th minute - Cleary shifts left, but Trbojevic stumbles. Luai kicks to the goal and Ponga can't gather a wicked bounce that takes the ball dead off the Queensland fullback.
28th minute - Luai wins a penalty inside the Queensland half, Cleary takes a quick tap, while no-one's watching.
27th minute - Queensland hot on attack, but Gilbert has to retreat for a loose pass. Dearden puts Oates over in the corner, but the pass is forward.
26th minute - Trbojevic is penalised and Queensland clear their red zone.
25th minute - Saifiti is on the field and runs over Nanai to reach halfway. Cleary kicks high and Oates is safe.
24th minute - Queensland try to break out of their half, but Ponga is dragged down short. Capwell makes NSW territory and DCE kicks high to Tedesco.
23rd minute - NSW shits left, but Burton is tackled with an open To'o outside him. Cleary kicks towards the posts and the ball is bobbled both ways, but Koroisau is offside on the kick.
22nd minute - Paulo gathers the dropout and rumbles back towards the tryline.
21st minute - Paulo runs back the Queensland kickoff. Angus Crichton offloads to Tedesco, who races deep into Queensland territory, but Stephen Crichton puts a probing kick dead.
19th minute - TRY to Luai
As NSW pout into the Queensland 10, Cleary grubbers into the goal area. Luai trips over in pursuit, but the ball sits up for his second attempt and he touches down.
Cleary converts, 6-6
18th minute - DCE tries a clearing kick that bounces back off a marker and staight into the hands of Ponga, who races upfield.
Tedesco puts NSW hot on attack.
17th minute - Cleary bombs, but Holmes is safe underneath.
16th minute - DCE kicks from inside his 20 and To'o crosses halfway on the second tackle, before a set restart. Paulo threatens to bust through.
15th minute - Cleary kicks off and Tino runs the ball back. Dearden spills a midfield pass, but recovers the loose ball.
13th minute - TRY to Holmes
Cleary drops out and Papalii charges back. Unitdy ruck, but Carrigan heads towards the tryline and when the ball shifts left, Dearden dummies, before finding Cowboys teammate Holmes running an angle through the defence to open the scoring.
Holmes converts, QLD 6-0
12th minute - DCE puts Nanai through a gap and he offloads to Capewell, who chips ahead to the NSW goal-line. Tedesco saves the day, but Queensland drives their rivals back in goal.
11th minute - NSW shit right, where Martin is tackled short of the tryline. Coming left, Cleary kicks to the goal area, but the ball bounces dead for a seven-tackle set.
Ninth minute - Cobbo and Collins are both ruled out for a return, as Burton crosses halfway and cops a high shot from Fa'asuamaleaui. He's dazed, but will continue, as Cleary kicks to touch.
Eighth minute - Ponga threatens out left and Queensland shift right, where Gagai finds space on the wing.
Dearden kicks towards the posts and Nanai chases, knocking the ball loose for Papalii to gather and touch down. It's referred as a no-try and replays show Nanai knocked on.
Seventh minute - Koroisau darts over halfway and Luai kicks to Ponga on the 10.
Sixth minute - Queenland on attack with a set restart. They shift left, but Ponga's long pass misses Gagai and finds touch.
Fifth minute - Burton kicks high, but the ball bounces back and into touch inside the NSW half.
Fourth minute - Cheery-evans kicks high to Tedesco, who exits his 10. Murray is ruled out for the rest of the game, as Collins is now down, after an awkward tackle on Tupou.
Collins leaves, Fa'asuamaleaui on.
Third minute - Cobbo is on his feet with a neck brace and will ride off the park in the cart. Gilbert enters the game on debut. Capewell will shift to centre and possibly Gagai to the wing.
Cleary kicks high to Ponga.
Second minute - Oates runs the kick back upfield and Murray staggers out of the tackle, looking a bit wobbly. He's being led off for an HIA and Angus Crichton replaces him.
Capewell reaches halfway and Hunt kicks to the corner, where To'o is driven back in a double tackle. Burton is rocked in a tackle, but Cobbo takes Carrigans hip to the head and he will surely leave too.

First minute - Queensland kick off and Paulo takes the first hitup. Big defensive set from the Maroons and Cleary kicks from inside his 30.
10:06pm - Bit of a reshuffle in the NSW pack, with Junior Paulo replacing Jacob Saifiti in the front row. Meanwhile, Patrick Carrigan comes off the bench to start at lock for Queensland, with Tino Fa'asuamaleaui sliding back to the interchange.

Kia ora, good evening and welcome to Newshub's live coverage of State of Origin III between Queensland and New South Wales at Brisbane's Suncorp Stadium.
Entering the series-decider, the archrivals are locked at 1-1, with the Maroons stealing the opener at Sydney last month and the Blues running amok at Perth in the return clash.
The pendulum has swung back in favour of last year's winners, but they now face the challenge of retaining the shield on hostile ground north of the border.
When the lineups were named last week, coaches Billy Slater and Brad Fittler made only one injury-enforced change each, with North Queensland forward Tom Gilbert making a debut for the Maroons and Cowboys teammate Jordan McLean eyeing an NSW call-up.
Since then, both have had to make further changes with McLean deprived by training injury, replaced by Jacob Saifiti, and playmaker Cameron Munster and wing Murray Taulagi dropping out of the Queensland side with COVID-19.
Munster's loss is huge, after his matchwinning performance in the opener, and hands Cowboys half Tom Dearden his Origin debut in the most challenging circumstances.
That said, the Maroons enjoy at 37-20 winning advantage at their spiritual home.
