Kia ora, good evening and welcome to Newshub's live coverage of this NRL round 23 clash between NZ Warriors and North Queensland Cowboys, from Townsville's Queensland Country Bank Stadium.
After breaking their losing run with a convincing win against the Bulldogs a week ago, the Warriors have a difficult ask in facing the second-placed Cowboys, away from home.
But the Kiwi side can take solace from their last showing against the Cowboys, where a Shaun Johnson field goal gave the Warriors a 25-24 victory at Redcliffe earlier this year.
Coach Stacey Jones has kept the faith with the same starting side that defeated the Bulldogs, with no changes to the run on 13, despite Chanel Harris-Tavita passing fit to be named in the reserves.
For the Cowboys, victory will close the gap at the top of the ladder to four points behind Penrith Panthers, who sealed the Minor Premiership with victory over the Rabbitohs on Thursday.
Some familiar faces will line up for the Cowboys tonight, with former Warriors Chad Townsend, Peta Hiku and Jamayne Taunoa-Brown all in North Queensland's side.
