Samoa have got their Rugby League World Cup campaign back on track with a resounding victory over Greece at Doncaster.
Just over a week after their stunning defeat to England, Samoa responded with a comprehensive 72-4 win over the Greeks in a 13-try rout.
Penrith Panthers duo Jarome Luai and Brian To'o starred, with the Pacific nation showing why they are considered darkhorses to win the tournament.
Luai set up five tries in a man-of-the-match performance, while To'o ran for 370 metres and 17 tackle busts in a dominant outing.
To'o, Luai, Junior Paulo, Danny Levi, Chanel Harris-Tavita, Royce Hunt and Tim Lafai all crossed for tries before the break to give Samoa a 42-0 lead at halftime.
Greece enjoyed their best spell of the match in the opening 10 minutes of the second half, with South Sydney Rabbitohs halfback Lachlan Ilias crossing for the try.
But that only delayed the inevitable, as Samoa scored three tries in seven minutes, with Harris-Tavita grabbing his second, and Fa'amanu Brown and Stephen Crichton also touching down.
Matthew Feagai would score his first try, before Levi and Lafai completed their doubles to round off a comprehensive victory.
Samoa can advance to the quarter-finals, if they beat France - defeated 42-18 by England on Sunday - in their final group game.
Samoa 72 (To'o 2, Harris-Tavita 2, Levi 2, Lafai 2, Paulo, Hunt, Luai, Brown, Crichton, Feagai tries; Crichton 10 conversions) Greece 4 (Ilias try)
