Former New Zealand Prime Minister Sir John Key was swamped by fans after scoring a stunning hole-in-one in a charity event.
Sir John was attending the charity golf event in Auckland on Friday when he was caught on camera sinking the magnificent shot.
The crowd was silent as Sir John took his swing.
As the ball flew across the course the crowd yelled, "Oh, Johnny!" before the ball landed nicely in the hole.
The crowd erupted in cheers as they mobbed the former Prime Minister with hugs and high-fives while they jumped up and down in celebration.
Sir John's son, Max Key, was also playing in the tournament and joyously hugged his dad and teammate in astonishment.
All Blacks David Havilli, Anton Lienert-Brown, Will Jordan and Damian McKenzie also burst into cheers after the stellar shot.
It was Sir John's team's fifth hole out of six.
He was playing in a charity event headlined by New Zealand professional golfer Ryan Fox at Royal Auckland and Grange Golf Club on Friday.
Fox took on teams made up of the country's best sporting talent and high-profile celebrities in the charity event Chasing the Fox Super Six golf day.
Fox, ranked 29th in the world and first in New Zealand, competed against six three-person teams across six holes with the lowest score winning.
The event raised funds for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
