A visibly upset Steven Adams has been involved in a courtside confrontation during Memphis Grizzlies' NBA game against Los Angeles Lakers.
Former NFL player-turned-analyst Shannon Sharpe and the father of Grizzlies star Ja Morant exchanged expletives from across the court, with the former motioning Tee Morant to come towards him.
But before they could converge, a clearly agitated Adams intervened, with officials and court staff struggling to hold the big Kiwi back.
Adams could be seen yelling at Sharpe, whose attention was fixated on the Morants, before turning his back and making his way into the tunnel.
"They do all that talking and jockeying, and I ain't about all that jockeying," Sharpe told ESPN after the altercation.
Despite his team falling to a narrow 122-121 defeat, Adams put in another dominant performance on the boards, with a double-double, finishing with 17 rebounds and 16 points.
