*****
Kia ora, good afternoon and welcome to Newshub's live coverage of the third Blackcaps v Sri Lanka Twenty20 encounter at picturesque Queenstown Events Centre.
After dropping their first game to the tourists this autumn in the Super Over series-opener, the NZ men came roaring back at Dunedin, snatching a nine-wicket victory with more than five overs to spare, as they chased down 141 run.
Adam Milne grabbed a five-wicket bag - including three in the 19th over - to put the clamps on their rivals, before openers Tim Seifert (79no, including six sixes) and Chad Bowes (31 off 15 balls) put the homeside ahead of the required run rate from the start.
New Zealand can complete a pretty satisfactory home season with a win here, completing series victories over Sri Lanka in all three formats, along with a thrilling test-series draw against England.
They desperately need some good news, after losing batting master Kane Williamson from the one-day World Cup with a knee injury suffered during the Indian Premier League.
With many of the leading Blackcaps away playing the subcontinent professional competition, several fringe performers have put their hands up for World Cup selection and beyond, as the national programme begins to phase out some its veterans.
Join us at 12:30pm for the toss at Queenstown.
TAB Odds: NZ $1.35, Sri Lanka $3
New Zealand squad: Tom Latham (c), Chad Bowes, Mark Chapman, Matt Henry, Ben Lister, Adam Milne, Daryl Mitchell, Jimmy Neesham, Rachin Ravindra, Tim Seifert, Henry Shipley, Ish Sodhi, Will Young

Blackcaps star Williamson ruled out of Cricket World Cup due to injury
Stephen Foote
Blackcaps white-ball captain Kane Williamson will require surgery on his injured right knee, with scans confirming he's ruptured his anterior cruciate ligament.
NZ Cricket says the standard rehabilitation timeframes mean Williamson is now unlikely to be fit and available for selection at this year's Cricket World Cup in India, which starts in October.
The 32-year-old suffered the injury while fielding for the Gujarat Titans in the Indian Premier League, attempting to make a spectacular boundary catch, before coming down awkwardly on his knee.
After being ruled out of the remainder of the IPL season, Williamson returned to New Zealand for consultation with specialists, who diagnosed him with an ACL tear. He'll go under the knife within the next three weeks.
After receiving the news, Williamson wanted to acknowledge the support he'd had since sustaining the injury.
"I've received great support over the past few days, and want to thank both the Gujarat Titans and New Zealand Cricket for that," he said. "Naturally, it's disappointing to get such an injury, but my focus now is on having the surgery and starting rehab.
"It’s going to take some time, but I'll be doing everything I can to get back on the field as soon as possible."
Williamson will leave an enormous void in the Blackcaps' World Cup squad.
The world's No.2 test batsman has been in vintage form this season, with centuries in consecutive five-day thrillers against England and Sri Lanka, bookended by double centuries against Pakistan and Sri Lanka.
