Shane van Gisbergen had to settle for silver, as he and Red Bull teammate Broc Feeney claimed a one-two finish in the weekend's second race at Supercars' Darwin triple crown.
Now having gone seven races without taking the chequered flag, van Gisbergen was pipped to the line by his teammate by 1.4s, as Red Bull took the top two steps on the podium for the first time this season.
After starting third on the grid, van Gisbergen got the better of Andre Heimgartner with a late pit stop, securing his third podium finish of the year so far.
"It was good, and a team one-two," said van Gisbergen. "Thank you to the guys.
"[It was] really cool to be a one-two. This afternoon's going to be harder, but we'll try our best."
Feeney's win sees him third in the Supercars championship standings after 14 races, 159 clear of van Gisbergen in fourth.
Championship leader Brodie Kostecki of Erebus finished fourth, and extended his advantage to 109 points over teammate Will Brown in second.
The weekend finishes with a third race at the same venue later on Sunday.
