Super Rugby Pacific will literally pick up where it left off next season, with the opener to be a rematch of 2023's final between the Chiefs and Crusaders in Hamilton.
With the draw for 2024 announced on Wednesday morning, next season will see each team play 14 regular season matches - the same competition structure as 2023.
Each team will play 11 round-robin games and an additional three derby matches before the top eight qualify for the playoffs.
On February 23, the reigning champion Crusaders - under the tutelage of new coach Rob Penney - will begin their quest for an eighth straight title in the location where they won a seventh, against the Chiefs at FMG Stadium.
Round one will also see the Hurricanes travel to Perth to face Western Force, the Blues host Fijian Drua in Whangārei, and the Highlanders host Moana Pasifika.
A week later, all 11 teams will travel to Melbourne for the competition's Super Round - with all six fixtures to be held at AAMI Park.
On top of Super Round, Anzac Day will also be commemorated with its own round.
After their success in 2023, next year will also see Fijian Drua play seven matches at home after making the playoffs in just their second season of Super Rugby.
Moana Pasifika are also "exploring the possibility" of hosting their home matches in the Pacific, away from their Go Media Stadium Mt Smart base.
"Super Rugby Pacific continues to set the bar as the most entertaining professional club competition in the world and it's exciting to launch the draw for 2024," said tournament director Matt Barlow said.
"As we enter the third year of Super Rugby Pacific it's exciting to see how far the competition has come, how fans have engaged, how law variations have improved the flow of the game, and how richly the Fijian Drua and Moana Pasifika have enhanced the tournament.
"Super Rugby Pacific 2024 promises to be a competitive and engaging competition and I can't wait for kick-off."
