NZ Warriors captain Tohu Harris has escaped suspension and will be free to turn out in Saturday's NRL semi-final against Newcastle Knights.
Harris, 31, was hit with a grade one crusher tackle charge on Penrith centre Luke Garner, as the Warriors slipped to a 32-6 loss to the two-time premiers on Saturday.
But thanks to a clean record at the judiciary, with the charge being Harris' first, the Warriors' talisman has been fined $1000 after pleading guilty early.
After Saturday's defeat, Harris outlined his confidence that he would be free to play, with an otherwise unblemished reputation in the eyes of the NRL judiciary.
"I think that's the first time I've been put on report in my career, so I think my record's pretty good," he said at the time.
"I don't know how they'll judge it, but I should be good to go next week."
Elsewhere, the Warriors are also confident halfback Shaun Johnson will be available to face the Knights, after missing the defeat to Penrith with a calf injury.
Victory against the Knights would send the Warriors into a preliminary final against Brisbane Broncos at Suncorp Stadium, with the winner advancing to the NRL grand final.
Otherwise, defeat would spell the end of a campaign that has seen the club transform into a genuine NRL contender in 2023.
