Kia ora, good evening and welcome to Newshub's live coverage of the second Twenty20 International between New Zealand and Australia from Auckland's Eden Park.
Following a last-ball thriller in the series opener on Wednesday, the Blackcaps won't be too disheartened, as they line up against their trans-Tasman foes once again.
Even without Kane Williamson and Daryl Mitchell, New Zealand matched their opposition from start to finish and were only denied by sublime powerhitting at the death.
They will make at least one change to their XI for tonight's clash, with Trent Boult taking the place of longtime partner-in-crime Tim Southee for the second and third games.
New Zealand could bring Will Young into the side to reinforce the batting or Ben Sears as another fast bowling option, likely in place of Ish Sodhi on the short, unforgiving boundaries of Eden Park.
Meanwhile, as they prepare for this year's T20 World Cup in the West Indies and USA, Australia are unlikely to tamper with their playing XI, as they look to finalise their strongest side before the tournament.
The Blackcaps need to claim victory tonight, if they have any chance of winning back the Chappell-Hadlee Trophy - now contested in T20s as well as one-day cricket - for the first time since 2017.
Join us at 6:30pm for the toss.
