The man whose company designed the CTV building that collapsed in the Christchurch quakes could face disciplinary action.
One-hundred and 15 people were killed when the six-storey Canterbury Television Building collapsed during the Christchurch Earthquake in February 2011.
For over a decade the chairs have provided a place to reflect and remember, but now they're being rehomed.
The funding has just been announced by the Prime Minister.
