Tesla said Chief Executive Officer Elon Musk's total compensation for 2020 was nil, compared to US$23,760 in 2019.
The electric vehicle company also said in a regulatory filing that finance chief Zachary Kirkhorn's total compensation was US$46.6 million, versus the US$21.2 million he got in 2019.
The pay package of Musk, who is also a major shareholder and CEO of rocket maker SpaceX, requires Tesla's market capitalisation and financial growth to hit a series of rising targets.
As of April, Musk had qualified for Tesla options in his 2018 pay package that are now worth over US$30 billion.
Tesla added "Technoking of Tesla" to Musk's list of official titles in a regulatory filing in March that also named Kirkhorn "Master of Coin".
Musk, who has been a huge proponent of non-fiat currencies like bitcoin and dogecoin, could add to his burgeoning fortune thanks to an offer from an adult-themed blockchain.
Nafty, a finance system that caters to the adult movie industry, has offered the billionaire US$6.9 million in cash and NaftyTokens to participate in a porn movie at the time and place of his choosing, according to the Dazed website.
Musk's tweeting of words to form an acronym commonly used by an adult-themed cryptocurrency had previously caused the price of that cryptocoin to rise by 400 percent.
"Elon Musk's fascination with NSFW tokens indicates that he is clearly interested in the adult space, so we wanted to give him the chance to direct and star in his own movie," Nafty CEO Rob Kemenyfi told the site.
"He has accomplished so much in his life, but still hasn't checked porn off his bucket list. Now is his opportunity."
Earlier this month, Reuters reported that Musk will be also subject of a biography by Walter Isaacson, the US author who penned a best-selling tome on Apple co-founder Steve Jobs.
