Better Burger and Best Ugly Bagels are among new food outlets on their way to Auckland Airport.
Mexico and Orleans Chicken and Waffles is also on the list of new eateries for the international terminal.
Auckland Airport has announced 21 new outlets will be opening from June, and six of the current eateries will be redeveloped.
Auckland Airport general manager retail and commercial Richard Barker said the announcement will bring new jobs as well as new food.
"There will be 370 new management, operations and retail roles which will be responsible for ensuring there is an excellent level of customer service for the millions of passengers that travel through Auckland Airport each year.
"It's also a significant jobs boost for the south Auckland community. There will be more employment opportunities for local people to work close to where they live. Given our location in south Auckland, it's important that local people can connect with local jobs which present exciting and rewarding retail careers."
There will also be a range of New Zealand-themed bars and restaurants. One of these will be called The Glamp Grounds, which will be designed along the lines of an iconic Kiwi campground complete with children's play areas.
Dilmah will be opening Tea Garden, for those who want a high-tea experience. There will also be restaurants developed in collaboration with Simon Gault and Melbourne award-winning celebrity chef Johnny Di Francesco.
Some of the outlets will be managed by the catering arm of Emirates, as well as Britomart Hospitality and Kiwi Discovery.
