Queenstown's Remarkables Park continues to grow in size and popularity with the announcement of a new hotel being built by Holiday Inn.
The construction of Holiday Inn Queenstown Remarkables Park was confirmed following the signing of an agreement with the land owners, QLong Investments.
The 182 room hotel will be built on the 150-hectare multi-use retail, resort, residential and recreational zone known as Remarkables Park.

Figures from the landowners QLong Investments show more than 3.6 million visitor nights per year in the Queenstown region, with popularity trending upwards, and it's their first hotel development in New Zealand
QLong currently owns hotels and apartments in the USA and China.
Holiday Inn Queenstown Remarkables Park is due to open its doors in early 2021.
