Two mountain bikers rode on a precariously narrow path overlooking the stunning Phoksundo Lake in Nepal, and captured it all on camera.
Dario Gnali and Michele Ferro took their bikes to the Dolpa Region of Nepal to take their passion for adrenaline to the next level.
The two adventurers captured breath-taking footage of the sapphire coloured water below.
Gnali says he believes they were the first people to ride the track.
The remote late is located in the Shey-Phoksundo National Park, 290km north-west of Kathmandu.
The lake is home to a number of rare plants and animals, including snow leopards, deer and Tibetan wolves.
Despite its remote location, the small local population relies on tourism as a key source of income.
