There's just 20 more Mondays until Christmas and some New Zealanders have already got their entire festive season planned.
But many leave booking silly season holidays until the last minute, with bookings on travel website Webjet shooting up 121 percent between October and December.
For those who have gotten in early, there's a clear trend showing where Kiwis are going this Christmas.
Trans-Tasman trips continue to be an easy choice and a favourite for those looking to get away, but destinations such as Manila and Rarotonga have seen an increase in popularity, knocking Adelaide and Bangkok out of the top 10.
Webjet says it's experienced a 71 percent growth in total December bookings from 2013 to 2018.

Most Booked Destinations for Christmas 2014:
Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Perth, Nadi, Bangkok, Denpasar, London and Adelaide.
Bookings to Manila and Rarotonga are up 22.4 percent year-on-year for December departures.
Rarotonga in particular can offer very affordable international travel as competition on the route brings down prices.
Jetstar, Air New Zealand and Virgin Australia all operate flights to the island.
