A UK website's survey about travel fare comparison websites has found Skyscanner is deemed the best, while GoCompare is ranked worst.
Which?, which says it is the largest independent consumer body in the UK, asked 4038 of its members about their experiences researching holidays online in the past two years to come up with the results.
GoCompare was criticised for poor functionality and high prices and had an overall user score of 45 percent.
Skyscanner and TripAdvisor took out the top two slots with 69 and 62 percent scores, respectively, and come highly recommended by Which? travel editor Rory Boland.
"There are really only one or two sites you should consider using though if you want to save yourself both money and time," he said.
Trivago also scored relatively highly, while CheapFlights was second-worst and Kayak was ranked right in the middle.
A spokesperson for GoCompare said the company is "disappointed" with its low result and will be looking to improve its services.
