Air New Zealand is offering return Wellington - Auckland flights for $199 for the second Bledisloe Cup match at Eden Park, and New Zealand Rugby is throwing in a complimentary match ticket with every fare sold.
Tickets to Saturday's All Blacks game are on sale from between $85 and $225 each, so in some cases it will be cheaper for Wellingtonians to fly up and attend the game than it will be for Aucklanders to catch the bus and take their seats.
Two additional flights have been added to bring Wellingtonians to Auckland for the game - which was originally going to take place in Wellington.
"We know New Zealanders are crazy about rugby so we're proud to be doing our part to get rugby enthusiasts to Eden Park for what is expected to be a great game," said Air NZ's chief customer and sales officer Leanne Geraghty.
NZ Rugby CEO Mark Robinson added that he's thrilled to be able to somewhat soften the blow for Wellington fans who missed out on an All Blacks test at home.
"We hope to see as many of them at the match this weekend as possible," said Robinson.
Tickets are on sale now via the Grabaseat website.
