Jetstar is celebrating its 14th anniversary of flying in New Zealand with a sale that includes domestic airfares from $29 each way and flights across the Tasman from $155.
The low-cost, Australian-owned competitor to Air New Zealand launched operations in Aotearoa on June 10, 2009 and currently flies six domestic and 10 trans-Tasman routes.
Jetstar NZ said its 14th birthday sale includes more than 50,000 airfares including Auckland-Queenstown for $45, Christchurch-Wellington for $29, Wellington-Gold Coast for $155 and Auckland-Sydney for $169.
The prices don't include checked baggage and only apply to specific travel dates that vary across the routes, ranging from late July 2023 to late March 2024.
As with any sale, potential customers should carefully check the terms and conditions before purchasing.
