Jetstar NZ has launched an Easter sale with domestic airfares from $30 and flights to Rarotonga or the Gold Coast from $159.
Travel dates vary per route but include mid-July to mid-September of this year. All routes included are also serviced by Air New Zealand, with other airlines also servicing some of them.
As well as carefully checking out the terms and conditions before purchasing airfares, potential customers should know they're only available for a very limited time - the sale launches at midday on Wednesday, March 27 and runs for just shy of eight hours to 7:59pm.
The budget Australian airline did not say how many seats are available in the sale, but noted there is a limited amount and tickets may sell out before the sale ends.
The advertised fares are all one-way - not return - and checked baggage is not included. Some payment methods will also incur an additional fee.
Jetstar's Eggs-tra Fare Frenzy sale fares include:
- Christchurch to Wellington from $30
- Auckland to Christchurch from $35
- Auckland to Wellington from $35
- Wellington to Queenstown from $38

Meanwhile, Qantas this week launched its Australia Hop Over Sale with return fares starting at $529 to Sydney and Melbourne, or $669 for Brisbane and Adelaide.
These are available until 11.59pm on April 2 unless sold out earlier. Unlike the Jetstar sale, the Qantas airfares include luggage and a meal - but the full terms and conditions should still be be viewed before a purchase.
Qantas also announced it is adding up to 260,000 additional seats across three of its trans-Tasman routes over 12 months starting late October.
