Budget Australian airline Jetstar launched its 'Cross The Ditch' sale for New Zealanders on Thursday with trans-Tasman airfares starting at $159.
The sale runs through until the end of Monday unless sold out prior, for travel dates from late April through to early December.
All of the routes on offer in the sale are also serviced by Air New Zealand, with further airline options available on some of them.
Luggage and meals are not included for the advertised one-way ticket prices, and an extra fee is payable for customers using a credit card. Further terms and conditions should be carefully read before a ticket is purchased.
Jetstar's 'Cross The Ditch Sale' airfares include:
- Wellington to Gold Coast from $159
- Auckland to Brisbane from $169
- Auckland to Gold Coast from $169
- Christchurch to Gold Coast from $169
- Christchurch to Melbourne (Tullamarine) from $169
- Queenstown to Gold Coast from $179
- Queenstown to Melbourne (Tullamarine) from $189
- Queenstown to Sydney from $199.
Members of the paid Club Jetstar membership programme are offered further reductions on the advertised prices, the airline said.
