Fancy having McDonald's for breakfast every day? Why not move in?

That's what a woman in Sweden has done. For the last three weeks the unnamed woman has settled in the Vetlanda McDonald's, in the country's south, local papers Expressen and Smalands-Tidningen report.

It doesn't appear to be the hotcakes and McMuffins which lured her there, however. She told employees at the restaurant she has a friend who lives in Vetlanda, and she would like to as well - but she's struggled to secure a home, so resorted to staying at the 24-hour McDonald's.

"We are open around the clock and it's warm in the premises," an employee told Smalands-Tidningen. "We have tried to tell her that she cannot be here, but it has not worked. She keeps coming back."

Police offered her a ticket home, but she refused it. The local church stepped in, but she rebuffed them too.

"Someone told us that we should offer her a job, but that's not really how it works," said the employee.

"Her health is poor and… we employees also think it's unpleasant."

On Monday she was reported for trespass after trying to enter the restaurant through the employees-only back door, but even then she didn't budge.

"We want to get rid of her, but she still lives with us. It is frustrating."
