A Latina woman and a black woman have found themselves the victim of a vicious racist tirade by a woman at a Walmart store in Arkansas.
In a post on Facebook, Eva Hicks explained she "never in my life thought this would happen to me" - saying despite the racially motivated remarks from the woman, she loves America and will stay in the country.
In the footage, the elderly woman can be heard unleashing on Ms Hicks after an altercation that allegedly started with the woman cutting her off and pushing her with her trolley.
"Go back to Mexico. Go back wherever you're from. You're in America! You're in America!" the woman can be heard yelling at the start of the clip.
Another shopper then interjects - and after being told to "stay out it", the shopper, who does not appear on camera says: "I don't need to stay out of it [because] you're yelling loud enough for everybody to hear", before urging her to "stop being ignorant".
"A n**ger's calling me ignorant?" she says incredulously, before refocusing her attention on Ms Hicks.
"You're the one that's rude. You know what you said. Just get out of here. Go back to Mexico. This isn't your country - we don't want you here."
At that moment a Walmart employee approaches the conflict, saying "that's not true, we do want you here", before asking the woman to leave store.
"I'm gonna have to ask you to leave, ma'am. This is inappropriate. You're causing a scene in the store," the employee says.
The elderly woman then starts fake-crying, mocking Ms Hicks for being upset by the comments she'd made.
But she refuses to leave, and again turns to Ms Hicks, saying: "Get your stuff and go. I'm not gonna listen to her mouth [off]."
After yet more bickering, the woman appears to lose patience and walks away.
"Whatever - I ain't listening to this bullcrap."
Walmart is looking into the incident, saying they "value and respect everyone who visits our stores".
"We have no tolerance for the language or actions of this customer and are proud that our assistant manager responded appropriately by asking her to leave the store," the company said in a statement.
It is not known whether the police are getting involved.
