Finnish journalist Mika Mäkeläinen has posted rare footage to Facebook of him cruising the city streets in Pyongyang, the capital of North Korea.
It offers a view of the city streets away from tourist attractions, allowing viewers to see a vehicle driving with loudspeakers on top, propaganda billboards, military vehicles, obelisks and a planet-like sculpture.
He filmed the fourteen minute video from a convoy of journalist buses as they headed to the airport after covering an event.
He told Vox "nobody told me not to film" though he admits that the footage is a "rare delicacy."
Mr Mäkeläinen has posted commentary along with the video, directing viewers to important moments.
