New York dog owners are getting creative to beat a subway ban on dogs that don't fit inside a bag.
Last year the Metropolitan Transport Authority brought in a new rule that states animals aren't allowed on the train "unless enclosed in a container and carried in a manner which would not annoy other passengers".
That rule didn't make much of a difference to these New Yorkers, who simply bought bigger bags to accommodate their pups - technically not breaking the rules.
