A service station just outside Melbourne’s Tullamarine Airport was shut down on Friday after a suspicious package was found by staff.
The Bomb Response Unit rushed to the station and police cordoned off the Caltex on Mickleham Road, The Daily Mail reported.
However on further investigation by the bomb experts the package was found to be drug paraphernalia, including a glass bong.
A Victoria Police spokeswoman told Daily Mail Australia there were no further details at this stage but confirmed the area had been declared safe.
