At least seven students have been stabbed to death and 12 injured in a knife attack outside a school in northern China.
The knife-wielding man attacked students near a secondary school in the Shaanxi province as they were heading home for the day.
A 28-year-old suspect has been arrested, a former student of the school.
The victims are believed to be aged between 12 and 15.
