Ugandan president Yoweri Museveni has stated his intention to ban oral sex.
The East African leader said publicly in a press conference that the "mouth is for eating" and that he was issuing a public warning about it, the Daily Mail reported.
"Let me take this opportunity to warn our people publicly about the wrong practices indulged in and promoted by some of the outsiders," Mr Museveni said.
"We know the address of sex, we know where sex is."
The move to ban a particular sex act is not uncharacteristic of the 73-year-old.
In 2014, he signed an Anti-Homosexuality Act that made it illegal for anyone to be gay in Uganda. As a result, those found to be engaging in gay sex could receive life imprisonment.
The law even goes as far as to make it a criminal offence for not reporting someone for being gay.
