Mr Duterte was meeting the Filipino community during a visit to Seoul, South Korea, when he called two women onto the stage to receive a copy of his book.

"You have to pay me with a kiss. Are you ready for kissing?" Mr Duterte said in Filipino, according to the Philippine Star.
He kissed one of the two women on the cheek, before asking the other if she was single and telling her he wanted to kiss her on the lips.
The president then leaned in and kissed her while the crowd erupted in loud cheers.
Mr Duterte's actions have been called out by women's groups. In an online statement, the Gabriela women's alliance said the kiss was a "disgusting theatrics of a misogynist president who feels entitled to demean, humiliate or disrespect women according to his whim".
One Twitter user added: "I'm not even going to state all the things that's obviously wrong here. But look at how President Duterte is gripping the Filipina's forearms while he kisses her in front of an audience."
However Mr Duterte's supporters have defended the kiss, arguing the women were not forced to kiss him.
