A US woman allegedly beat her mother to death after learning she had been left out of her will.
Gabriela Perero, 53, is accused of pushing her 85-year-old mother to the floor and strangling her at her Fort Lauderdale condo in Florida, after finding out her siblings would receive an inheritance but she wouldn't.
Perero claims he had been looking after her mother.

Police have charged Perero with premeditated murder and aggravated battery on a person over 65, according to Florida newspaper the Sun-Sentinel.
An arrest report says Perero told her mother, "You destroyed my life, so I'm going to destroy you."
Perero reportedly told detectives she pushed her mother to the ground and grabbed her by the arms where she "ripped her skin off".
The woman then cleaned her mother up and put her in bed before calling 911, the arrest report says. It's understood her mother passed away the next day in hospital from the injuries she sustained.
The mother endured a brain bleed and had lacerations on her arms and the back of her head, and was in a coma on life support during her time in hospital.
Perero reportedly told detectives before her mother passed, "I guess I'm going to jail… I beat up my mum," adding that she didn't want her to die.
Perero was denied bond on Monday.
