An Australian Instagram model has been found dead while holidaying overseas, prompting an investigation into just how it happened.
Sinead McNamara, a social media influencer based in Sydney, was found dead at the rear of a super yacht anchored in a port on a Greek island last week.

The 20-year-old had been working on the Mayan Queen IV, a yacht owned by Mexican billionaire Alberto Bailleres, as it sailed around Europe, according to media reports.
Greek authorities have now launched an investigation into Ms McNamara's sudden death, but are yet to determine the circumstances leading up to it.
The yacht's crew have all been ordered to stay in the port of Argostoli while the investigation gets underway.
Tributes have flowed for Ms McNamara, who was scheduled to meet her sister in Greece just days after she was found dead.
"I have unfortunately received the worst news of my life, [Sinead] has passed away," brother Jake McNamara said.
Ms McNamara's final Instagram post has been flooded with messages of love for her and sympathy for her family.
