Melania Trump's plane has been forced to return to a Washington DC area military base because of smoke in the cabin.
A spokesperson for the US First Lady said "everyone is fine and everyone is safe" after the plane returned to Joint Base Andrews. She blamed a "minor mechanical issue".
US President Donald Trump's wife had been scheduled to visit a Philadelphia hospital.
"She got in another plane," Mr Trump told Fox. "I said, 'I hope this plane's better than the first one… But, yeah, they had a problem."
Once landed, the plane's occupants were calmly led away.
