An Australian man had to be sedated after he found out his wife, who was pregnant with twins, had died in a horror car crash.
Bronco Hoang woke up from a coma inflicted in the same crash to hear the devastating news that his 23-year-old wife Katherine and their two unborn children had died in the crash.
"He screamed so loudly, 'Why Katherine? Please not the babies'," his aunt Pham Crawford told The Daily Telegraph.
"He can't stop crying and feels guilty he's the only one who survived."
Ms Hoang was a backseat passenger in the vehicle when it collided with another on Northern Rd at Orchard Hills, Sydney on September 28.
The driver of the vehicle, who also died, was a relative and was receiving driving lessons from Mr Hoang.
He suffered a broken leg and ribs and a fractured cheekbone in the accident.
The person who crashed into their vehicle - who are themselves in hospital - has received 10 charges, including two counts of manslaughter.
A GoFundMe page has been started to raise funds for the heartbroken family. It has raised more than $47,000.
