Two men have died of cardiac arrest after reaching the finish line of the UK's second biggest half marathon, Wales online reports.
The Cardiff half marathon drew over 19,000 runners on Sunday.
Chief Executive of event organisers Run 4 Wales Matt Newman said the deaths were a "terrible tragedy”.

"The emergency services reacted to this terrible situation with great speed and professionalism," he said.
"Everyone connected with the race is devastated. They unfortunately become the first fatalities in the 15-year history of the race."
Both men were treated at a medical facility at the scene and then taken to the hospital where they passed away.
The Mirror Online reports one of the men, aged 32, was being supported by his wife and one-year-old daughter, according to a witness at the scene.
The girlfriend of the 25-year-old man who reportedly completed the race alongside him and saw him slump to the ground.
A runner, preferring to remain anonymous, told the Mirror Online the event was "a well-organised race with a lot of medical back-up”.
"I'm just so sad for the people and their families."
