A UK woman wrote a tear-jerking Facebook post about her battle with cancer just a week before she died.
Sara Meddings, 42, was a single mother-of-two from Worcestershire, England. After being diagnosed with breast cancer in 2015, she underwent chemotherapy, radiotherapy and a lumpectomy and went into remission the following year.
Sadly, just seven months later, she learned the cancer had spread to her lymph nodes.

Ms Meddings created the Facebook page 'Sara's Journey' to document her treatment and update her family and friends about how she was doing.
Most of her posts were optimistic and good-humoured, and included jokes and inspiring quotes, as well as photos of her swollen hands and hospital bed.
But her final post was different. On October 23 (local time), she shared a screenshot of her cellphone screensaver which was a photo of her at the beach with her two children: Callum, 15, and Georgia, 12.
"This photo wasn't taken that long ago, yet I would give anything to go back to that day," she wrote.
"Life's unfair, it really is - never take anything for granted. Love those who deserve it. Appreciate the beauty of simple things. Don't worry about things you can't change. Be kind. Don't wait for special occasions.
"Enjoy life," she advised her followers.
A week later on October 31, Ms Meddings' mother Trish posted that her daughter had died "really suddenly" in hospital that day.
She had been hoping to leave hospital in time to celebrate her daughter's 12th birthday two days later, but tragically didn't make it.
The 'Sara's Journey' page was soon flooded with tributes to the solo mum, describing her as "a hero and a role model" whose strength and positivity in the face of death had inspired many.
