The Sydney Opera House has been lit up with a giant Silver Fern following the Christchurch terrorist attack.
The stunning projector display was arranged by state New South Wales Premier Gladys Berejiklian to demonstrate a "deep sense of unity and compassion" towards everyone affected by the attacks.
"We feel the loss in Christchurch especially deeply given the closeness of our two countries. It is as though this has occurred on our own soil," Berejiklian told AAP.
The iconic venue's Twitter account posted an image of the projection accompanied by the words: "Our hearts go out to everyone affected by the tragic events in Christchurch."
Former NSW personal trainer Brenton Tarrant, 28, born in Grafton, was on Saturday charged with one count of murder, but with 50 dead and 39 injured from his attack on two Christchurch mosques, more charges will follow.
