Climate change activist Greta Thunberg has turned the tables on Donald Trump, referencing a tweet he wrote about her last year and telling him to "chill Donald" and "go see a movie with a friend."
Thunberg's tweet came after the US President called for mail-in ballots to be stopped in key states that could soon determine the outcome of the US election.
"STOP THE COUNT!" Trump tweeted on Thursday (local time).
"ANY VOTE THAT CAME IN AFTER ELECTION DAY WILL NOT BE COUNTED!"
Thunberg hit back at his tweet, calling it "ridiculous" and replicating what he wrote about her in December 2019.
"So ridiculous. Donald must work on his Anger Management problem, then go to a good old fashioned movie with a friend! Chill Donald, Chill!"
The tweet emulated Trump's disapproval after Thunberg was named TIME's Person of the Year in 2019.
"So ridiculous. Greta must work on her Anger Management problem, then go to a good old fashioned movie with a friend. Chill Greta, Chill!" He wrote on Twitter.
Donald Trump is angry millions of mail-in and early votes are still being counted, leaving a huge possibility for Democratic rival Joe Biden to take the prize.
"We were getting ready for a big celebration. We were winning everything. And all of a sudden it was just called off," Trump claimed.
"This is a fraud on the American public. This is an embarrassment to our country."
Joe Biden defended the ballots on Tuesday, saying that it's not his or Trump's position to decide.
"It's not my place or Donald Trump's place to declare who has won this election," he said.
"Keep the faith, guys, we're going to win this. Thank you. Your patience is great."
