A man was kicked off a flight in the US for violating mask-wearing rules by wearing a g-string on his face instead.
Video of the confrontation with United Airlines staff shows Adam Jenne being told to leave the plane taking off from Florida earlier this week.
Jenne told Florida news station NBC2 he wore the g-string to protest the "absurdity" of having to wear masks on planes.
The US requires all airline passengers aged 2 and over to wear a mask unless eating or drinking.
"I think it's a testament to passengers having had enough, citizens having had enough," Jenne told NBC. "This is just nonsense."
United Airlines said in a statement said the customer wasn't following the law. The company added it appreciated its team solving the issue before takeoff, avoiding any disturbances in the air.
