People from around the world are demanding for Russian President Vladimir Putin's alleged "lover" to be deported from Switzerland.
A petition set up by citizens from Ukraine, Russia and Belarus has reached over 66,000 signatures so far calling on the Swiss authorities to expel Alina Kabaeva.
Kabaeva is a former rhythmic gymnast Olympic champion turned Russian politician, who has been widely rumoured to be Putin's secret wife and mother to several of his children. However, the pair have never officially confirmed it.
The petition described her as "the favourite wife of [the] delusional dictator and war criminal Putin".
According to reports, the 38-year-old is reportedly hiding in a private chalet in Switzerland with their four young children.
"While Putin carries out his assault on Ukraine, attacking innocent citizens and causing a refugee crisis, his family is holed up in a very private and very secure chalet somewhere in Switzerland - for now, at least," a source told the Page Six.
The petition says the country shouldn't allow Kabaeva to hide within its borders and should look into whether she has escaped the tough sanctions imposed.
In a deviation from its traditional neutral stance, Switzerland has imposed sanctions on Russia - including on people, companies and freezing assets.
The petition goes on to speak about Kabaeva's political role, including her involvement in a law that stopped US citizens from adopting Russian orphans - cancelling many adoption processes.
"This shameful move deprived thousands of Russian orphans of the possibility of being adopted abroad," the petition says.
It ends by likening Kabaeva to Eva Braun, Adolf Hitler's mistress and later wife.
"At times like this, filled with tremendous uncertainty, you must be severe with your actions and in regards to the beneficiaries of Putin's regime! It's time you reunite Eva Braun with her Führer!"
