A news anchor in the United States has been mocked on social media after she shared a video of herself having a meltdown over a pride flag.
In a now-deleted Instagram post, One America News (OANN) anchor Alison Steinberg ranted about the rainbow flag behind her while at Huntington Beach in California.
"What the hell is that? Huntington Beach is a town of good old-fashioned, hard-working American people," Steinberg angrily said while pointing the pride flag behind her.
The original post was shared widely on Twitter, with many people upset by the news anchor's homophobic remarks.
One user tweeted: "Why do these people get so fired up about other people's private lives? Nobody is forcing her to be a lesbian."
Another tweeted: "How do you get that mad over a rainbow?"
Other Twitter users also claimed she had been brainwashed.
Someone tweeted: "Bro I truly believe brainwashing is real. This is frightening to me."
While another tweeted: "When you're a pampered, spoiled, and brainwashed little child whose parents did a horrible job of raising them, you end up like OANN's Alison Steinberg."
Steinberg's social media accounts have all been deleted.
