The day Jeremy Hunt took over as Chancellor of the Exchequer in the UK is the same day Andrew Gilpin decided it would be a bit of fun to livestream a wilting lettuce to the world while asking: "Would it last longer than Prime Minister Liz Truss?"
Well, that lettuce did outlast Truss after she resigned on Thursday (local time) and Gilpin's livestream became one of the world's most-watched.
Gilpin, the associate editor of UK tabloid The Daily Star, spoke to AM.
