Prince Andrew 'in despair' over being left out of the Queen's $650 million inheritance

Prince Andrew is ‘in despair’ over not receiving any of the Queen's NZ$650 million dollar fortune.

The Daily Mail reports that a friend of the Prince says he feels left in the dark and believes his mother's fortune is going from 'monarch to monarch' as it's the most tax-efficient process.

This leaves the Duke of York without any source of income.

He stepped down from royal work three years ago amid sexual assault allegations and there's growing speculation that this may be the nudge he needs to follow in his nephew Harry's footsteps.

A palace source has stated that Prince Andrew has not been left out of the inheritance out of ill will but that the Queen had already made provisions for him during her life.

This comes after news of King Charles refusing to foot the bill for Andrew's £32,000 live-in Indian healer, being released yesterday.

The Duke’s friend says he did not expect to now be reliant on King Charles’s generosity and feels things have taken a turn for the worst.

"Things are going from bad to worse. It's a disaster."
