A fire broke out on a cruise ship off the coast of New SouthWales overnight, forcing hundreds of passengers to evacuate their rooms,
Nine News reports the fire broke out on the Pacific Adventure at around 3:30am local time.
P&O Cruises Australia told Nine News the fire was extinguished.
"This fire activated our emergency response procedures including a full muster of guests and crew and we thank everyone on board for their cooperation," the spokesperson told Nine News.
"There are no reports of injury."
The Pacific Adventure was doing a three day cruise out of Sydney and had over 3000 guests onboard.
