AirAsia's airline chief Tony Fernandes has been slammed with criticism after having a shirtless massage during a board meeting.
The 59-year-old posted a picture of himself being pampered on LinkedIn, adding it has been a "stressful week".
"Got to love Indonesia and AirAsia culture that I can have a massage and do a management meeting," he said in the now-deleted post.
The picture shows Fernandes topless in an office chair while a woman wearing a face mask and an apron massages his shoulders.
The BBC reported social media users took to the comments where they criticised his behaviour, calling him out for being "inappropriate” and "unprofessional".
"He should be setting an example of good work ethics and culture, not flaunting his body and privilege,” one person commented.
"Some CEOs need to stay off LinkedIn,” another said.
Others supported his unusual office etiquette, saying it was how "working from home" should be.
Fernandes was educated at one of Britain's top private schools, Epsom College, before purchasing the budget airline AirAsia from the Malaysian government in 2001 for less than one dollar.
He then went on to own QPR football club in west London and founded the former Caterham F1 Formula One team.
