Video has emerged of a woman on a New York train unleashing a foul-mouthed tirade telling a German tourist group to go back to their own country.
And, since the footage emerged on social media, she's been sacked from her recruiting role.
The video was posted online this week showing the woman, named by media as 30-year-old Brianna Pinnix, scolding the group of tourists on a train bound for New York City from New Jersey.
In the footage, an apparently "drunk" Pinnix approaches the group and starts looking down on them: "Are you German?"
As the confrontation continues, she goes on to suggest the group leaves the US.
"How about you get the f**k out of our country," she said.
A spokesperson for the firm Pinnix worked for, Capital Rx, confirmed it was aware of the video and said she had been sacked.
"Our company has a zero-tolerance policy around prejudicial or discriminatory behaviour. After conducting a review of the circumstances, we acted immediately and terminated the employee in question," the spokesperson told the New York Post.
"The former employee's actions and words are not representative of Capital Rx and we offer our sincerest apology to those who were hurt."
Pinnix has since deleted all of her social media accounts.
Train company New Jersey Transit told the Daily Mail it "strongly condemns any behaviour of this type".
