Taika Waititi has sparked rumours he has already secretly wed singer and fiancee Rita Ora.
Ora's sister Elena shared a picture of Waititi in which he was seen wearing a wedding ring and enjoying a drink while in a casual shirt.
Ora and the Thor director starting dating 18 months ago.
They were believed to have got engaged in June this year. Waititi famously ended an interview with UK TV show This Morning when promoting his part in the Lightyear movie after the interviewer told him congratulations were due after the engagement.
Ora fuelled the rumours by sharing her sister's image, but cheekily put a caption over the wedding ring finger, obscuring the jewellery.
"Perfect day for a bev @avaline Thank you @camerondiaz" she captioned the shot.
The Sun newspaper claimed the pair were doing a low key ceremony first, before a more glitzy showbiz affair.
"This isn't about them doing a big showy thing and crowing about it beforehand. It's just about them being in love and deciding the time is right to formalise their relationship.
"They couldn't be happier," the source told the paper.
