The heat is on in the latest episode of ThreeNow's reality series Heartbreak Island and not everyone looks like they can handle it, thanks to a disgusting food challenge that Kiwi Manaaki Hoepo appears to struggle with.
The Dunedin-based hopeful, who's paired off with Aussie Kacey Watson, is taking part in a challenge to avoid being eliminated from the island when he has to face his worst food fear - yucky fish.
Also taking part in the challenge, which will see the losing duo facing eviction, is Kiwi Ash Williams and her partner Shamar Sinegal.
The challenge is a giant game of beer pong, and if a ball misses or lands in the wrong cup, they must eat a slice of the pizza with disgusting toppings.
However, both Manaaki and Kacey are failing to sink their balls and keep being confronted with new food to eat.
First up, they're given a pizza with wasabi and toothpaste on it.
"I don't know which sicko thought of that," Hoepo says.
But Watson's more philosophical, arguing that it wasn't too bad because "at least I'm getting my teeth cleaned whilst I eat it".
Things go from bad to worse for Hoepo after another failed shot - and suddenly, Hoepo's faced with his worst fear - a pizza topped with fish.
"My heart sinks because I know fish is the one thing Manaaki won't eat," Watson worries.
"My stomach's not sitting too well, probably not going to be eating lunch or dinner today," Hoepo says as the challenge goes on.
