Dunedin band The Chills are to play two South Island shows ahead of a 21-date US tour.
The band will play Dunedin's Dive on Thursday, October 13, before heading to Christchurch's Loons venue on Friday, October 14.
The band will then head to North America for an extensive tour that kicks off in New York on October 16, followed by dates in Toronto, Chicago, Minneapolis, Denver, Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Tucson, Austin, Nashville, Atlanta, DC, Philadelphia and Boston.
It's the band's first international tour in three years.
In May 2021, The Chills released their seventh studio album Scatterbrain.
The band previously played dates at international festivals at Glastonbury in the UK and South by Southwest (SXSW).
