Heartbreak Island contestant Bailey Neate required medical treatment after a game went wrong in the latest episode of the ThreeNow reality TV show.
The Australian contender was involved in a game with British Heartbreaker Keiran Hickey where they needed to catch giant balls in a slippery arena.
Each ball had a number on it which correlated to how many shots they got to take down someone else’s picture. The last couple standing in the pictures would win the challenge.
Neate and Hickey both went for the same ball, and the competitive element kicked in for both of them.
"I know the little British bulldog next to me is going hard for it too," Neate said.
"We're having a little scrap, I feel a little shove in the back from Keiran," Neate explained, before he went down hard on his shoulder.
"We need a medic!" another competitor shouted as the reality of Neate's injury hit home.
He wasn't the only one injured in the challenge - Kiwi Heartbreaker Manaaki Hoepo also slipped over, injuring his knee.
